About

I started out as a software engineer in Brazil, and I’ve worked in Dublin since 2011. Since then I’ve moved from engineering into business analysis and delivery, at KBC, AIB, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Verizon Connect and now Engage Hub.

The work I do best is the work in the middle: getting clear on what a change really needs to do, writing it down so everyone reads it the same way, and staying close until it’s live. I’ve done that in regulated banks, in telecoms and in SaaS, and in two languages.

I’m at my best in larger organisations, where the scale and the stakes make clear requirements matter most.

Make this yours
